RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
All orders are on a "firm sale" basis and we cannot exchange items unless damaged or faulty.
We do our best to insure that all records are in good condition at the time of shipping. However, we realize that vinyl can be easily damaged in transport. Additionally, records sometimes have manufacturing defects that we were not aware of at the time of shipping. Therefore, we offer the following return policy on damaged / defective items:
If you receive an incorrect item we will gladly exchange it for the correct one. If there are damaged items in your shipment,
We will refund upon proof of damage or returned item.
VINYL CONDITION
EXCELLENT
May have been opened, but is still flawless with no damage whatsoever.
Vinyl : No visible marking / scuffing / scratches & plays perfectly.
VERY GOOD
Vinyl: May have scuff marks and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly throughout, with only "barely detectable" crackles or pops. A slight noise at the begining is allowable, but the remainder must be nearly flawless. Definitely no scratches or gouges that a touch with a dry finger can feel.
Cover: May only have the slightest signs of normal wear.
GOOD
Vinyl: May crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally,never continuously, and not more loudly than the music being listened to
Sleeve: Normal used cover wear
